Very very bad service from vodacom Lakeside repair devision

I experienced bad service at the Lakeside repair store of vodacom in Benoni. A lady by the name of Nthabiseng I think was the one who served us. First we were in a quee waiting for our turn, Nthabiseng decides to attend to white people first, then Indians, then us black people. You know public hospitals ask who's first before they even attend to people's problems if there isn't a clear quee- just saying. Then when my turn came through, the attitude was just ridiculous. It's like being in line of shoprite where you are behind a white person that gets all the great greeting and when a black person comes in its "plastic?". When I started asking questions about what I was signing it just got bad. Your staff needs training on how to treat customers fairly. Vodacom now offers insurance which means it may have to adhere to the rules treating customers fairly and ignorance from staff will not fly.
