Very very bad service

Very very bad service, for months now I have been struggling to get Vodacom to come and install a signal booster for me and they log query after query but as soon as they log the query they send me a sms telling me that the query has been resolved and closed. How can they open, investigate and close a query in 10 mins? When I call them they tell me that the signal booster will not help me and that I still would not have signal. How do they know this? They never came out to test the signal booster. I am even willing to test it myself they just have to give me one. And then the next time I call them they tell me they do not install signal boosters anymore, just to have someone from Vodacom to come and install one the next day at our office? So do they still install them or not? If not, how come they have logged countless queries? Why didn't they just tell me this from the start? Now they have waisted almost 5 months of my time.
