Very very bad service

Are internet is still not working is about 4 months we locked calls they say will sort the problem the problem is still not sorted we are were unhappy with the service we paid for we not getting any service if not we want a refund for the months we are not using the internet

The problem is still not working we are the Vodacom shop they want to log another service call we very unhappy with the service we need to sort the problem out my house is running on WiFi no nothing is working
