Very unprofessional

Very bad service. There fibre is advertised as 25mbps but doesn't even do 5mbps. No one can assist with why it is slow, they just transfer you from one person to another refusing to give you a reference number or name. When phoning them you can barely hear anything as it sounds like they are in the middle of a concert/playground. Very unprofessional.
