Very unprofessional

<p>I was on a lookout for a good Black Friday deal as most people that were looking to upgrade their cellphone device. So I app**** online with Vodacom for their Sony Xperia X deal, and had a consultant call me who signed me up for the contract and said I have been approved for the deal and will be receiving the device in the next few days, also I confirmed if they had the stock for me and the consultant reasured me that yes they do have the stock and I shouldn't worry about anything (calls are recorded, therefore kindly go back to listen how you have **** to your customer as I record all calls on my device as well). </p> <p>Two weeks later I decided to call in to find out why delivery taking so long only to be told that Vodacom has cancelled my application without any notification and now I have missed out on their promotion as well as any other promotion I could have gotten during the Black Friday period.</p> <p>Basically it's just a big thanks for nothing experience! </p> <p> </p>
