Very unhappy with Vodacom .

This is my second review of vodacom as the matter of my first review has not been fully sorted out .

My first review :- Vodacom put me onto a 2 year contract without my permission. I immediately canceled but was told I would only go onto prepaid at the end of the month. I have now had a debit order for whole lot of money. I have trying to contact vodacom accounts department but you can't phone them. The vodacom Cellucity has been sending them emails as well but no response. This is *****. I did not ask for any contract and the fact that I cannot contact them is really showing Vodacom to be a nightmare company

I received a phone call from Vodacom . The person who phoned me agreed that I had been eroneously billed and that he would sort the matter out. I received a credit . I was leasing with Cellular City at the Paddocks Shopping center who said I had received a credit and that I did not owe Vodacom any money . The people I dealt with was Conner and the manager Gerrick Glassman . They said that on the system it showed a credit .

I have received an SMS from HP attorneys saying that I owe Vodacom some money I is impossible to contact the accounts department at Vodacom Cellular city said they havent been able to speak to them. It seems the accounts department doesn't check what the systems says and dont know what is going on.

Really a terrible company to deal with . They should not be in business if they cant manage their system properly . The accounts department is probably working from home somewhere.
