Very Unhappy With Service

I would like to put this out there that I am very displeased with the service i got, I sent my phone to be checked as its not even months old yet and on a contract, I was then told it would take 2 to 3 weeks , I followed up 1 week later to find out if there is any news , I as then told that they cant help me and I should call the George branch that has my phone at the moment, Ok, I called them and was told I need a JOB number that they sent me on a SMS , I do not have a phone so how do I get this pin if I don't have access to a phone . ***, then was told I need to talk to Knysna branch because they are the ones that sent my phone to them, this back and forth then got me to a Supervisor at the George branch he told me that my phone is in JHB, okay they said it should be back by Friday 04/04/2025, and i should have it by the 09/04/2025, please note no one gave me a rundown or a Job card number with what was going on, or what was Wrong with my phone, called today 07/04/2025. was told George got my phone on Thursday and sent my phone to Knysna on Friday, Okay called Knysna and was told no my phone is in JHB and they don't knw anything, I then corrected them and said George said they sent it on Friday and I would like them to let me now when my phone gets there, 20 ;After GOT A CALL SYING MY PHONE IS THERE AND NO PAYMENT DUE AS IT WAS warranty ISSUE, Cool happy and went to pick up at 12Pm 07/04/2025. got my phone no job card or what was wrong just sign and go, Got to work and realized my protector was lose and my phone was damaged at the back where they opened it to fix it, also part of my screen is completely dead and i cant type some letters live C or F , or accept any settings on my phone, i called and was told my motherboard was faulty (George branch ) and it was replaced, I then was told I would have to send my phone back again for them to fix that now Ashwell, I'm not a person that is mean or likes to complain , I would just like a new phone and someone to talk to that knows what is going on, feel free to email me on ***
