Very unhappy Vodacom customer

In December 2016 Vodacom *******ly and without my permission transfered my contact to an unknown company. In January 2017 I picked it up because they also stopped billing me for the number. I phoned them numerous times to sort this out because I have used this contract number now for years already and did not want to loose the number. No success. I then was reffered to Ngubane Ntombizethu and after a lot of email exchanges, still no success. Somewhere in January my number was locked and despite more e-mails to Ntombizetu nothing was done to rectify the problem. I tried to cancel my contract and I was advised it would be for my cost even though it was vodacoms fault. I then decided to go into the vodacom shop. They then transferred my number for me to a pay as you go because on the system it showed contract cancelled. Just to be informed a few days later by Ntombizethu that this can not be done and he then reactivvated my contract on a 2 year contract without my permisson. I did not ask nor aggree to a new 2 year contract. The contract should have been reinstated to its original term and I refuse to accept a new 2 year contract wich I believe was activated *******ly. I suffered high stress levels as result of Vodacoms refusal to adress my problem. How can they just transfer my contract to a company unknown to me and after several emails the only solution Ntombizethu could come up with is to slap an unrequeated new 24 month contract on my name. I also lost about R 500.00 worth of airtime in the process.
