Very unhappy regarding my \free"data"""

Hi, <br> <br> I recently did a sim swap from MTN to Vodacom as i had numerous probkems with them.<br> <br> Everything happened really fast and i was with Vodacom, then on 21 July 2015 i received a sms saying i will get 1GB free data to use for the next 3 days, so assuming i had this i startedusing data, then on 22 July i realized that all the data is still being deducted from my personal data that i bought. <br> <br> I called the contact centre 22 July on 082155, they told me that the 1GB was in fact allocated on the 19th July and that i used it all up. I know fir a fact that this is not true as they could nit tekl me what it was used on and i was never informed that i got it the 19th.<br> <br> I would like to get this sorted out ASAP.<br> <br> Thank you
