Very unhappy - empty promises

<p>Last week I went into a Vodacom store to cancel a migration that is supose to happen on my contract. So the the lady who they phoned from the store said the cancellation with be done within an hour - later that day I phoned the customer care line and still no cancelation - I did phone 4 times and still no cancelation, the next morning my migration went through, I'm very very unhappy with Vodacom, say I phoned I few times again with reference numbers that everything will be reversed and corrected and the will be in touch and more promises, thats now again 5 days later, still no call, no feed back and still my contract is on a migrated package.
