VERY unhappy customer! Data disappearing

Good day

These past two months I have noticed my data disappearing, but didn't put much thought into it. I just thought that I used more data with my new phone I got.

Then last month a loaded a 5GIG recurring data bundle on my contract. I didn't receive it at all, but it showed it was loaded and I received an sms saying it has been activated. I phoned customer care immediately and told them what happened. It showed that I used the 5GIG data. So I asked how it is possible to use 5GIG in not even a second. They did refund me and gave loaded 5GIG on my phone. A week later I loaded a 3GIG recurring data bundle, also on my contract.... exactly the same thing happened! This time I went to the Vodacom shop, where she checked it for me and it showed I used the data! Again we put in a complaint and I received the data from them, but still had to pay for it.

So now I put airtime on my phone, and I buy the 4 you special 1GIG bundle and have no problem eith the data immediately disappearing. But I noticed that it disappears quite quickly. Not putting much thought into it again. But last night I noticed something odd happening for the first time. I checked my data and still had over 400MB on my phone. I putt my phone away and went to sleep. Early in the morning I received a warning sms from Vodacom saying I have 199MB left. I immediately went to my app settings and restricted ALL app background data usage. I put the data saving setting on and went back to sleep. Just to receive another sms a few minutes later saying I've got 98MB left... and 30 minutes later my data was depleted!!! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE!?

I'm very unhappy with this. I've been a loyal Vodacom customer for over 16 years and never had this problem. I haven't paid my contract this month. I feel cheated and very disappointed!
