very unhappy client

Good day. My fone has been in n out of repairs. For nine months nw I haven't been able to use my fone becos of this. The fone went for repairs in the first seven days of purchase so thts wher it started. They repaired it. Fone went in for the 2nd time on the 20-06-15 they told me its liquid damage, I told them my fone never took a swim but they said it can also be steam ect. I excepted n paid R513 for it to be fixed. The fone came back almost a month afta tht. I had the fone for bout 2 weeks, n it was the same problem. Gave the fone back to them n then they quote me R900 to fix the liquid damage tht I paid for in the first place. The forth time the fone went in, it came back looking like a train drove over it. Scratches on the screen, the rim was broken n cracked, n the 4 *****s tht keeps the fone together wasn't even ther. I've been running up n down with this ppl n no one seem to care. My debi goes off every month no problem but I haven't been using the fone. Fone went in five times already n they jus can't help me. N also, it is possible tht they caused the liquid damage, cos when it came from repair centre, it looked terrible. I'm still confused as to why it was liquid damage.
