Very Unhappy about vodacom service

I am so irritated with such a huge company that doesn't take customers seriously. I've logged a complaint on Hello peter about a month ago regarding vodacom that appears on my credit profile,however I do not have a contract with them. I received a call from one of the agents "Dean" that actually went into the system and assured me that he will get the matter resolve. I've Checked my profile today a month later and Vodacom still appears on my profile and is Affecting my score. What do I need to do to get this sorted!
