Very unhappy

Still waiting on feedback from Vodacom regarding my refund, every time I get a email stating they are in the turn around time , I consultant called on Monday the 11th of March 2024 and promised me he will fast forward this it should not take do long to get my money , this morning received a email from Dotty in the Refunds department thay are still in the turn around time, what is it going to take to get this sorted. This is my money paid by mistake to your account all I whant is what is mine and in the meantime you are benefitting on the interest,
