Very unhappy

<p>I got a new HP notebook from vodacom4u and after 10 days I took it back to cancel the contract as they told me I have 14 days to do so. Well they refuse to do that now I am stuck with a thing that I can't use for 36 months. The laptop was preloaded with windows 10 witch is the biggest ******* that I have ever seen, I told them to put windows 7 on it and I will be happy but they refuse. I need office for my work and to download it cost more than to repair my old laptop and a lot of data. I can't believe that vodacom give sutch bad device I am with them for 17 years with 6 current contracts.</p>
