Very u happy customer

I have been with vodacom for 16 years I now can not wait to end my relationship with them their staff is really *********** and they dont do what they promise their customers .I laid a complain on the 25th Jan no reply nor any call i cancelled a contract with then 4 months ago the same contract I cancelled x2 in Jan yet they still taking money off my account .One of their consultants even opened a contract on my name on the 13th Jan even though I told her I'm not interested .I have spoken to 10 agents and today I see they still never cancelled the contract and sent me airtime yet again .Vodacom leave such a bitter taste in my month I cant want to end business with them
