Very Rude Consultant Mpho...

Very Rude consultant, I contacted Vodacom on Friday in the afternoon just I after I received my statement to enquire a strange amount that I was not fami**** with. Mpho was very rude. I don't have to explain myself further as the calls are recorded. I ask Mpho questions and she kept on being rude. I asked to speak to the Team Leader about the issue we were discussing about my contract, oh your contract is overdue you can cancel anytime, she put me on hold and boom I'm in retention department, at least the guy was friendly and he really tried, but soon my contract expires I will definitely cancel. I gave Vodacom 2 days to come back to me with the Rude service from Mpho.
