Very poor vodacom service! No help or regard for customers

Very poor assistance by their customer service. Got coupons that I paid for but does not work, so a complete waste of money. Regardless of asking for assistance, after messaging them and waiting for a response, over 10 minutes later of silence on their part they say the chat has ended without a single word in response or help. Extremely poor service! Will never buy from them again and will not recommend to anyone as judging from this interaction, they clearly don't care about their customers.
