VERY POOR SERVICE - VODACOM FIBRE
The technician who came to install the Vodacom fibre at my house did such a shoddy job that within weeks the cable pealed off the wall and is hanging all over my entrance passage. I have made numerous requests to Vodacom to have the issue resolved and they have not even bothered to respond. I even asked the shop that helped me with the instalment to intervene, and they have ignored them too.
