very poor service , very difficult to deal with VODACOM -poor show

MY ORDER FOR A NEW CELL REF - K ********** again i call today on ********** 4 - on hold for 29 minute and still no answer! unreasonable that i cant follow up on my order. its very difficuly dealing with vodacom ! very dissapointing

all i got yesterday was ''its been dispatched'' but on vodacom + ram courier website it says ''no tracking found'' - all a big waste of time.
