Very poor service - part 2 the saga continues

Yesterday after I posted this..... "On the evening 27-09-2016 I discovered that I had no airtime left on my phone. On phoning Vodacom customer care I was told that in the beginning of the month I had R384-00 but it was all used up by data. On the 28-09-2016 I again phoned and asked for a copy of my itemised billing for September which was emailed to me. I found I had been charged R94.29 and R222.47 for data (in bundle)on the 26-09 and 27-09 respectively with a total of 357.71GB used for the month! I am at home every day and I have wi-fi so this is impossible! I have spoken to 2 people at Vodacom who said they cannot access my itemised billing and asked me to email it to them - both email addresses will not work, the email keeps getting returned to me so they have said they are unable to help me. So here I sit with no airtime and a ridiculous bill which no-one can help me with. Unacceptable!"......I received an automated response: "Official business reply:
Dear Customer,

Thank you for making us aware of your complaint.

Kindly be advised that a consultant will make contact with you in due course to assist with your query.

***Please note*** Beware of phishing ****s.

Vodacom will not contact you via Whatsapp to request your personal details

Regards,
Vodacom Consumer Website Team"

So here I am, more than 24 hours later and no-one has contacted me - how long is "in due course" - 24 hours, 2 days, a week, a month? I suspect that no-one at Vodacom evens reads these complaints let alone responds to them, other than the automated blurb! Today I once again tried to email the person that is supposed to help me with this and guess what? The email came back undelivered, again! There is an email address to contact for undelivered email: ********** but even that email came back, unable to deliver! How does a company the size of Vodacom expect the staff that deals with complaints to function without being able to receive emails! So here I sit, no airtime, a ridiculous data charge from Vodacom and no-one willing or apparently able to help.
