Very poor service. I'm disappointed, dissatisfied,sad and frustrated

My name is Mr Shannon Adolph with ID number ***#$#. I copied most of the complaint from my email that I sent to Vodacom. I took an fibre contract last year with vodacom and add ons of a Samsung 75 inch TV and a playstation. The fibre line was not connected as they say it was a plug and play which did not work as well. The fibre contract was cancelled as well as the playstation as they did not send it or there was no stock. The only item I received was the 75 inch Samsung Tv which we kept and took out a 36 month contract for R299 per month. My bank account was deducted with R908.09, the only amount that was supposed to go off is R299. I made phone calls today and spoke to Imani who assisted me and can't see which item is deducted from my account that costs R609.09. The only information we have is a cellphone number *** and an account number A***, product number ***. My fibre was cancelled last year already with the playstation I did not recieved. I recieved emails regarding the cancellation of the fibre and an amount showing R.0. The only item I'm paying or having is the Samsung Tv which R299. Can I please get a refund of R198.99 which was deducted on 29/12/2025 for fibre installation which did not happened as the technician did not installed the fibre due reasons from frogfoot. Technician is known to me as Nyiko Mahlaule. This account was closed as Ia05169 . We just came from Vodaworld and was told that the extra amount of R609.09 is for an handheld which is combined with the account of the TV as account Ia069968 which I don't know anything about.An amount of R898.00 deducted from my account on 27 Feb 2026. This handheld account needs be close as soon as possible and I need to be refunded for. R198.99, R609.09 and R599. I'm so tired of they lies and promises. I'm paying for something I don't own or have. I've made so many calls and they sent me to different departments where you must explain the whole story again, I mean really. For such a big company to make such nonsense
