Very poor service from Vodacom

I app**** for a contract on 7 June 2017 and within 7 days i noticed that it has audio problems as people cannot hear me properly. I took the cellphone to vodacom in Rustenburg Waterlfall Mall as it is their terms and conditions. The cellphone was sent to repairs in Midrand but it was still not in good order and sent back. Since then i have been sent from pillar to post, the cellphone gets sent back but it is still not working.

It looks like Vodacom is not willing to resolve this issue. I spoke to Siyabonga at the repair centre this morning and he tells me of the same process of putting the cell on the diagnostic machine that has produced the same results. I don’t understand why can’t they just test the handset by fielding calls with it to hear for themselves that the cellphone’s audio is not working. Your colleagues at the Waterfall Mall have tested the phone and can corroborate my problem with the phone as they tested it several times as well. I suppose this is how Vodacom is treating clients who pay a lot of money for such a poor service.

All that I am getting is that “we will send your complain to the escalation department or back office” this is not helping, NO ONE FROM THE SO CALLED ESCALATION OR BACK OFFICE HAS CONTACTED ME

I still repeat, who in his/her right state of mind can inconvenience himself or herself by claiming the handset is not working when in actual fact it is.

I am really disgruntled with Vodacom.
