Very poor service from Vodacom!

I have called Vodacom to query why i cannot make calls to 086, 087, 089 numbers as well as cannot sms 4 and 5 digit numbers. . to this date they have not not rectified my query, even as much as not even giving me feedback, even after i called 4 times, 4 different days. Why is Vodacom service so poor when you call yourself one of the best in the country?
