Very poor service

I installed Vodacom fibre at my house in Kimberley in August 2022. At that time I was given a courtesy LTE to use until the technicians have finished the installation. According to Vodacom policy you only pay for this courtesy LTE only if you use it for more than a week. My installation was done within a week so Vodacom was not supposed to charge me for this LTE. Surprisingly Vodacom kept on debiting my account for this LTE ever since and I have been visiting Vodacom shop in New Park (old Game Centre) more than 30 times to meet Annerie (the manager) to have these reversed. Reversals would only be done after several visits, and I would be promised that this will never happen again. I also communicated with Zaheer Cassiem (***********) from Vodacom fibre who promised me that he will ensure that the debit order will not go through and if it does he will assist me directly. February the 15th I was again over debited by R1000 and I emailed Zaheer on the 16th of February but he never responded to my email to date. I again made several visits and calls to Annerie who promised me that the issue would be resolved by the 24th of March. I got an email from Amanda Tabisher from Vodacom fibre on 27 February 2023 that my credit has been approved (ref SR**********48) and I responded to her email asking when the actual payment will be done and she has never responded. I am stuck because even Annerie (manager Vodacom New Park ) does not pick my calls nor respond to my messages. If I physically visit her she tells me she has escalated and we have to wait. We have been waiting forever.
