Very poor service
Vodacom shop at Eastgate is inefficient. I took my cellphone for repairs. They told me it would take a week. I called after 10 days the number on customer receipt doesn't exist. I sent emails in vain. On day 17 I finally managed to get hold of them through a different number and not the one they printed on the receipt they gave me. They told me they will call me
