Very poor service by vodacom

These is my second week struggling with Internet for my business. It comes and goes and it very slowly. I was told there was a problem with the hub last week and the problem has been resolved. I am having a very horrible experience with this vodacom . It keeps freezing pictures displaying no Internet connection. I truly regret using this service. I wish i knew before. Just gave them star which they don't even deserve.
