Very Poor Service and After Sales etc.

Such an inconvenience the company has caused me and my work. I was offered an early ugrade over the phone for my data sim by Diane who did her own things after I had actully told her I am not interested in an early upgrade but instead I want an extra contract for HOME Internet which was delivered but unfortuantely VODACOM decide to transfer my number to home Internet which took a day or two, but cancellation and getting my number back takes a month. I cannot wait for my contract to come to an end and now I am told of double debits. The very same number, VODACOM, with their processes is the number I use for calls for work and personal purposes. My life is at a standstill. Nokwanda from after-sales is also just as hopeless as their processes also and her direct supervisor. You ask turn-around time, and you are told three days, but as soon as you call them again you are told of the 7 days. They don't have a sense of urgency. I have seen them trending on some of the social media platforms and gave them the benefit of the doubt, but I have lost that benefit and hope in them. They never call you back; don't even stress about leaving an alternative number. Vodacom does not care about their customers. I cannot wait to leave this service provider
