Very Poor Service

Around 17 April 2017 I was contacted by a salesperson from Vodacom, and I was sold a 'package' over the phone. After 2 weeks the package was delivered to me by courier.

I was not satisfied that I got what was agreed. I called and requested a copy of the call. I was promised a call back. This did not happen. Next week same story.

A week later I was told no case had been opened. I was given a case number, promised a call back. No call back.

A week later I was told no-one had been assinged to the case and I was promised a call back. No call

A week later I was told to speak to Sales. Sales gave me an order number and said that I must call Mondo Mobile. Mondo Mobile could not help.

Back to Customer Services. A senior person told me I must fill in a form. He told there was no record of any agreement made with me. I have 5 contracts wiht Vodacom, but I am told I have only one? Later Vodacom stated I cannot listen to the call due to the access for information act!

Eventually I was told that the procedure is that I must drive to my closest store (50 km away) and they will help me.

My message to all; do not make any deals with Vodacom over the phone. Vodacom uses other companies to sell deals over the phone. Vodacom cannot be trusted. Vodacom will put every obstacle in your way so that you cannot get hold of the 'agreement' made.

Do not trust Vodacom. Do not make deals over the phone. That call is contract between parties, but Vodacom will not yet you listen to it. They listen and then they tell you what they heard. Vodacom refused to let me listen to the call over the phone or email it to me. I don't think they have it or they are scared that ***** will be evident.

Do not make deals with Vodacom over the phone. Vodacom cannot be trusted!
