Very poor reception in Kromdraai, north of Pretoria

We yet again have connection problems in Kromdraai, north of Pretoria, near Hammanskraal. A year ago we had the same issues and after several complaints here on hellopeter it was resolved. In december we had a huge storm and since then our coverage is very poor. We only get G connection and rarely HSDPA. The last time the 4G connection was working was before the storm. It took me 45 minutes to send an email from my phone, the system keeps timing out. I keep losing data when attachment in email or whatsapp downloads and stops because of the timeout and then restarting again. I cannot run my business like this. I am wasting valuable time and money because of this. Please attend to the problem ASAP. The area is Kromdraai, it is north of Pretoria, near Hammanskraal. Do not confuse it with Kromdraai near Krugersdorp or in the Freestate or Limpopo. Every time I am complaining here I get missed calls from vodacom to enquire where it is. THE RECEPTION IS POOR!!! I cannot answer calls, they are not coming through properly!!! I am sure vodacom does have a map and technology to locate the tower in the area. Please get this fixed as soon as possible.
