Very poor performance

Very disappointing and pathetic service. We have been complaining about having fibre connectivity problems for three weeks and nothing changed. They sent someone out that said there is a part missing (there is nothing missing) it is the fourth time they had to come out with problems and not resolving any of the problems. We have been struggling and just wasting money as we need to use mobile data. Utterly pathetic and would not recommend anyone to waste their time on them. They have no clue what they are doing and are good with lies and covering up. Just a money making scheme.
