Very Poor network

For more than a month now your network is very poor in KwaMhlanga and have made calls DMs and yet get a pre-planned response with no hope of fixing the issue while paying Home Internet wifi which cannot use to the full capacity while paying .So others should be very careful because what you advertised is different from what you offer in real terms.
