Very poor customer service - *********** staff

Agent was *********** and sold us a package which was not as discussed telephonically. have spent over a month from department to department to do a reversal, after being promised by about 4 consultants it will be corrected, I am still waiting. each time I phone in I'm given a new excuse and told a team leader will be in contact to which no one every makes contact and today I'm told they cant assist.
