Very poor customer service and feedback
I recently wrote a review and someone got back to me promising I would get feedback in 48hrs its has now been 5 days and still no feedback on the matter.It is sickening to experience such poor customer service.I have had a contract with vodacom for more then 5 years but would not recommend them to anyone
