Very poor customer care

I have been on the phone since monday with I think every department in Vodacom trying to upgrade one of my contacts I have with them for more than 17 years.I am being transferred from one department to the next and then back to square one.Apparently there is a problem on my profile or something and Tuesday I've been promised that it will be resolved within 24 hours.Yesterday I phoned and was just told that they can't do it because there is a problem with my profile. This morning Again I was transferred from one to the other untill the phone was simply dropped in my ear.The first lady I spoke to this morning said that my number does not exists on their system and the transferring started. This is unacceptable for me as I am a loyal paying customer to them for many years,so how can I recommend them to someone if they treat me like that.At this point I'm feeling more to cancel ALL MY CONTRACTS with them and move to someone that values their customers

Reviewer Update

Now it is 24 days later and still nothing happened except for me receiving Sms that I should upgrade my contract but how can I if Vodacom can't fix their problems.I am getting very irritated and frustated now and I hope when ever they wake up and sort out their issues that they will offer me a good deal to make up for all this inconvenience or I will have to think about taking my 4 contracts elsewhere after almost 20 years being a loyal customer to Vodacom. It seems that they are not even scares of hello peter.
