Very poor cell reception
I am very disappointed with Vodacom's cell reception in Wasbank town. I can only get cell reception outdoors, and even then it is often weak. Indoors, I have no cell reception at all. This makes it very difficult to use my phone for things like making calls, sending text messages, and using the internet.
I have called Vodacom customer service several times to complain about this, but they have not been able to help me. They just keep telling me that they are working on improving the cell reception in Wasbank town, but it has been months and there has been no improvement.
I am very frustrated with Vodacom's lack of action on this issue.
I also want to add that Vodacom should start rolling out 5G network in Wasbank town. 5G is the latest cellular network technology and it offers much faster speeds than 4G. This would be a great improvement for Wasbank, as it would allow people to use their phones for things like streaming video and gaming without having to worry about slow speeds.
I hope that Vodacom will take my feedback seriously and take action to improve their cell reception in Wasbank town.

While I appreciate receiving contact from Vodacom, the promised improvements have never materialized, leaving me and other residents struggling with unreliable service.
The current signal situation remains unacceptable. Running my business with Vodacom as my network provider has become incredibly challenging. The frequent need to travel a kilometer just to find usable signal significantly disrupts my workflow and productivity. This is not only inconvenient but also poses a financial burden.
In November, Vodacom provided hope with the news of a new tower being erected to address the issue. However, February has arrived, and we still see no sign of this improvement. It is deeply concerning that promised solutions take months, if not longer, to materialize, leaving customers like myself in limbo.
Therefore, I implore Vodacom to take immediate action to rectify this ongoing problem. While a new tower is a long-term solution, there are likely interim measures that can be implemented to boost signal strength in the meantime. Perhaps this could involve optimizing existing infrastructure or installing signal boosters in strategic locations.
It is disheartening to ask, but as a loyal Vodacom customer, I genuinely want to know what I can do to help expedite a resolution. Is there any additional information I can provide, or specific actions I can take to facilitate the progress of this issue?
