VERY PATHETIC SERVICE
I upgraded on the 15th of December 2017 through Vodacom online. The upgrade was for a sony experia xz premium and a sony playstation. After numerous phone calls I fanlly received one half of the upgrade (the playstation) at the end of January 2018. To date (12 June 2018) I still have not received my phone. After countless emails, hours of phone calls and after all the various references given still no resolution. Vodacom does not communicate its outcomes once you log a query they simply send a message that it has been resolved.....
How's this for resolved Vodacom?
*My debit orders are still running (except the last one as I purposefully reversed it) and I still get billed for the phone I do not have (I have requested the previous amounts to be credited to my account but am still awaiting any form of payment from you). * After I call in to your pathetic call center (Background noise is unbearable at your after sales call center, sounds like they having a party) I find out the Vodacom will not be back paying the money they have been debiting for the handset all these months. * They also clearly state that Vodacom will not be rescinding the contract for the headset as Vodacom as I received the PlayStation (It Clearly stated on the terms and conditions when I signed the contract that if the contract for the Headset is rescinded the PlayStation contract is separate and would continued to be billed at R79 per month which I don't mind) * Vodacom simply closes all the queries logged and when the call center is called you get sent from pillar to post as no one can see the what the query is about as they don't have access on the system but will log a new query. *Also it is interesting to note that your call center departments, according to the agents on the floor they can never contact any supervisors/managers on duty as they are either on lunch or are not on duty.
For a brand such as yours I would expect that you would value your customer much more, but it seems as the customer is just a number to Vodacom and you do not have anyone's best interest at heart but your own.
I hope to hear your response on this platform.
Please do not ask me to call customer service or log a query with Vadmin as I have done so numerous times.
