Very mad

I am very upset... I have been a customer for more than 7 years with Vodacom and then they treat you like trash.... Trying to take money from my account which isn't theirs to take, I call them to sprt oit their mess, the lady gets rude and tell me I haven't been paying my account, so I tell her that I am standing with all my bank statements and proof of debit orders in my hand and every month they have been taking their money, so where didn't I pay... She just keep saying I didn't pay, without trying to help me to send them everything... This is ridiculous, I am very unhappy !!!! Is this how you treat you customers, enjoy our money but treat us like trash....
