Very inefficient in terms of hiring professional staff It's the second time I receive a collections call from a very rude Coloured idiotic lady that hung up on me cause she was clueless She had no idea where I'm banking and clearly did not open my profile Vodacom how do you work with people that eat during calls? People that drop the phone on customers??? I am so perturbed
