very impressed with the Services

I was very impressed with the Services I received from Amber and Arnold the Consultants at the Vodacom Dealers Shop in the PE. Baywest Shopping Mall I've had run into a technical 'lock out' by Vodacom . Arnold gave the above assistance and assurance that the 'blocked problems' were removable and worked diligently with lots of interaction with the Vodacom Network's 'help/assistance.' They got my cellphone unblocked and I was again able to happily proceed with the full use of my cellular phone. Thank you Amber Hoogh and Arnold for your dedicated help. PS! no other Voda Dealers were wanting to assist and left me with disappointment in the Voda Dealers Retail Agents, BUT thanks to Amber and Arnold that they restored my feelings of goodwill and services given to their customers.
