Very high invoice - no sms warning?

I have two contracts with Vodacom, I am referring to the 2GB data contract.

- My bill invoiced on 7 Jan shows data usage of approx R3500 on a R99 data contract which I don't recall over-using, as I was hardly home in Dec.
- I usually get SMS'd when running low on data, or depleted allocation - there are NO messages like that.
- Regrettably I didn't open invoice early Jan, so am following up now. Without itemised billing I can't see what happened.
- This debit order went off on Saturday, and has left me in a situation that I cannot afford to get through the month.

Please can you:
a) Send me a breakdown of my data usage for the month of December to explain the R3500?
b) Explain to me why I didn't receive any warning messages from Vodacom as per usual?
c) Immediately cancel the 2GB data contract as I can't afford to keep it after this invoice, and, let me know how soon I can cancel my 3GB contract as well. I won't be able to afford it if I have to pay back this money.
