Very happy customer
After all the bad services I received in 2023 from Vodacom stores, I can say a big thanks to "Happiness" who gave me a 5 star service from the Customer Service. She made me happy. She even phoned me the next day to do a follow-up. Wow I'm sure if I was assisted by Happiness when I bought a new phone. I would not be paying for a phone that is not working. Keep up the good work and many of her colleagues can learn from her.
