VERY ****ING ANNOYED!

I would like to express how upset I am with Vodacom and LG for failing to deliver. I ordered the LG G4 on Saturday the 11th where I was promised the package deal and told I would receive my phone by Monday or Tuesday, to my great disappointment after I was called and advised my phone had arrived I went to Vodacom Clearwater to collect where I also waited from 16:12 - 17:00pm to only get told sorry you are not getting the package deal you are only receiving the phone. I am very unhappy and disappointed and feel that something needs to be done and people need to know how unreliable LG and Vodacom Clearwater are! So now I sit without a phone because of their lack of respect for others! BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS!I will take this further as I am protected by the consumer protection act.VERY UNHAPPY!!!Clearwater needs airfreshners in the store - sort that out please and your staff maybe yo can get them to smile a bit!<br>
