Very Dissatisfied - Vodacom

My daughter's tablet was booked in for repairs on the 28 July because it wasn't switching on. Weeks later I was quoted for +-R3K of which they could not say what they needed to fix. On booking it in I was asked for a receipt before they could take it in and was that told the warranty is 2 years? And was asked to send a receipt again when I questioned why am I being quoted when device was still under warranty. I sent the receipt again and next thing my device was being routed back to where I booked it in with zero explanations or anyone contacting me. A week later I followed up and was told it is not fixed and that it's out of warranty and I must come fetch it, warranty is only 1yr. On my arrival on 28 Aug to get the device, upon opening the package as it was sent to a third party, the device is badly damaged and not as I had left it, the screen is cracked with a massive drop mark? It's a month now that my daughter doesn't have a device and has school projects. I believe I was provided a blank quote to hide this damages. Notes made at booking say nothing about a damaged screen as there wasn't any. A whole month of nothing, I don't want to wait another minute.

To say I'm furious is an understatement.
