Very Dissatisfied in the service and outcome of an issue/request that was logged.

I called in July requesting that my Debit order should be moved from the 28th of every month to the 25th of every month. When i spoke to the lady over the phone she explained to me that i can not change it for July as i have already called too late for her to make the change. I accepted this and she suggested i call back before the 25th of August and change it. I then called on the 22nd of August asking for the debit date to be changed from the 28th to the 25th. once again i was told that i called too late but the changes will take place from the 25th of September which i was happy with. However my account was not debited for August on the 28th like it was supposed to. I then called on the 28th and asked why it was not debited and the lady told me they might debit me by the 29th. I then called on the 30th to ask when it will be debited as i have never missed a payment in the many years that i have had an account with Vodacom and didnt want this to be the first. The Gentleman that assisted me said that it will not be debited and if i choose to i can pay the money via EFT. THIS IS UNNACCEPTABLE as i did not cause this error!!!!! I then asked what would happen if i did not pay for August and the Gentleman said i must not worry they will just double debit me in September... I find this very unproffessional. It is now the 7th of September and i have recieved an SMS for the last 4 days asking me about payment... This makes it seem as if i dont want to pay???? This is not acceptable and i want this issue resolved and some senior form of person to contact me ASAP as i have 4 contracts under my name and like i mentioned before i have never missed a payment before and yet one mistake from Vodacoms side and i become the victim in a sense... I will be waiting for a call and will keep posting on hello peter until this issue is resolved and sorted out to my sattisfaction... After all i am the client not the victim...
