Very Dissatisfied and frustrated customer

Vodacom repairs Savannah, what a condescending experience from the so called manager.

I took my phone in for evaluation, it was evaluated timeously and my vodacom insurance decided to replace the phone .

I asked if I could get an option to top up and upgrade from my iPhone 14Pro Max 256GB . I even asked if i could get a 512 gB as my storage was full, i made calls to other vodacom to check if they didn't have the 512 , only to be misunderstood.

The sales person sold me the PRO 256 GB (which I acknowledged as a misunderstanding as i was very clear from the beginning, so when she said the Pro i'm thinking she's selling me 'my phone' but 15 instead of 14 .

When I opened the box i was taken aback , as the size was smaller than my phone and I asked if they could reverse the whole transaction. I knew it wasn't going to be an easy one however i needed to explore my options . I asked for a manager and Wow , not only was he condescending but kept asking me who's going to buy that phone (beside someone the fact that that's not my problem I tried telling him about how I've bought an open speaker at an apple store , it was a heartbreaking, futile activity and to top it off he stormed off after I mentioned recording him which was very unnecessary as a Manager . There were a few individuals that gave me hope and calmed me down and advised to contact the follo Day to see an operational manager. Hopefully that will be better .

I'm so disappointed and ready to move away from vodacom as a whole .
