Very dissappinted
I have upgraded to the Samsung Note 9 in September but did not receive any welcome pack. Had to phone but still nothing. No communication about my query and no feedback. This is very bad customer service from Vodacom

Even Samsung agrees that I have to receive the welcome pack as it was part of your promotion in September. Your customer service is unacceptable. And the excuse even more so
