Very dissapointing at Vodacom Poor return policy

I have just been to the Vodacom Westwood store and am very disappointed at the fact that.

Yesterday my girlfriend had taken a contract for a p30 lite on a top up 2Gig. For R 480pm. This price alone is ridiculous for an outdated phone.

She initially wanted a cheaper phone as her current phone was just ****** and she was not in a good state of mind. She took a contract as it was said that she could only qualify for that type of contract due to her credit score. Which is absolutely disappointing. As she wanted a phone that was R279pm. Now she is paying more for something that is not worth it.

I have 5 contracts with vodacom and this is very disappointing. I honestly feel like cancelling all of them.

When I called the call centre they advised of a 14 day return policy.

I would not recommend this store or in store at all.
