Very Dissapointed

I would really like the people out there to know what Vodacom is doing to 1 as a valued customer,<br> <br> Game has a special until 12 December, 2 Samsung J1's for R180 per month, i app**** for this and was declined, the reason i have been declined is for 1 late payment, wich i have paid the next month before the 10th of the next month, i have never ever missed a payment, my account was opened with Nashua Mobile and have been moved to vodacom by nashua mobile.. The money deducted from my account for vodacom is R700 every month, I have never missed a payment, i just think it is bad to treat customers that way, i have had my accounts for more than 3 years and had no late payments except for that 1, Wonderpark branch was no help at all, after threatning them that i will move to Cell C they just said that i should go ahead and move, bad business!! Really i cant explain enough how dissapointed i am.. As soon as i can, i will be moving to another service provider
