Very Disappointing service from Vodacom

I wrote a review on Vodacom on Tuesday and until today i have had no reply not even an apology email. All i got was a sms to say that my service ticket ref no. EC-IT0B-28V9TY has been closed. How is it closed if i have had no correspondence from Vodacom what so ever. It is very disappointing that Vodacom disregard their customers compalints. I am speechless and will definitely not advise anyone to have dealings with Vodacom. I want all my contracts with them cancelled with immediate effect as i never agreed to take out new contracts with them.
